Wow! I just added the ability to comment to my blog. I feel like a regular computer nerd, except for the fact that I didn't write the html codes, I just cut and paste them from another site.

Anyhow, feel free to leave your comments. Oh, I also changed the links on the side so you can see some pictures and have a look at my home church sites. Yay!

Hi, friends. This is my second attempt at creating a blog. So far, I like this one better than my last one. I just want an easy online journal to help keep friends and family updated when they want to be.

Tonight, it's raining. A lot. I slipped down the stairs to the subway in my new (no traction included) shoes. A sad sight. I am really hurting now. It even took me a while to get up, I fell so hard. Anyhow, I generally like rain and now I feel cozy (lying on my stomach, because my bum is sore) in my little apartment.

Today the weather is so warm, I barely needed a coat during the day. It's nice! I am looking forward to spring, because of everyone says that the trees and everything coming back to life is so beautiful.

I went to eat kalbi (pork ribs grilled over a fire at your table) tonight after work with Jaquie, the other American who I teach with at school. Tasty!

Our prayer ministry team is off to a good start. I go to Suji on Wednesday nights and we have a total of four of us who meet at JB's apartment to pray for the needs of the church, the people in it, and generally for Korea. We are having fun together, and it's such a privilege to pray for the church, but we are looking for some ways to make it more full of life, and listening to what and how God wants us to pray.

Tonight, I am going to listen to some sermons online and finish the invitations to our first Discovery Evening, where people can come to learn about our church over dinner and in small discussion groups.
